It is important to note that external damage caused by accidents such as dropping or exposure to water or moisture would not be covered under warranty. However, such damage can still be repaired on a chargeable basis.
Damage to the product resulting from customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse, spillage of liquid, or reckless use shall also not be covered under the warranty.

In the event that the product needs to be returned, the courier procedure and charges shall remain the same as in the replacement procedure.
